Welcome to the Civic Foundation Scholarship portal!

Applicants must create an account by selecting the register button at the top of the page.

Before you get started, please read the following to see if you are eligible for the Civic Foundation Scholarship.

Eligible applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a graduating high school senior planning to attend a 4-year college or university full-time 
  • Be a member of Civic Federal Credit Union (Civic)**
    • The applicant's membership will be verified before the applicant can proceed to the Full Application Portal. Please allow two business days for this to be completed.
  • Have a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Submit copies of your official transcripts
  • Two references (uploaded by the reference, not the student)
    • One must be from a school counselor or teacher
    • Cannot be a parent, legal guardian, or immediate family member

Applicants who begin the process too close to the deadline may not have time to complete the application.

**Being a member of State Employees' Credit Union (SECU) does not meet the eligibility requirement for this scholarship program.

Civic employees, directors and/or family members, or members of any Scholarship Selection Committees are not eligible for these scholarships.
